Plastisol Coating

A maintenance-free vinyl (Plastisol HP200) protective coating for the outside of the door (usually primer finish on the inside of the door). Available in a range of colours and smooth/textured finished depending on the manufacturer. Plastisol coatings generally have a 10-year guarantee.

Powder Coating

A polyester powder coating of dry paint particles is applied and then baked in an oven. This causes the powder to melt and harden into tough, colourful smooth finish. This covers both the outside and inside faces of the door. Available in a range of colours. These doors can be re-painted should the need arise in future.
